The Kerr Trust was established in memory of Wellman and Adeline Kerr, former residents of Massac County, Illinois , who, although having moved away, wanted to remember the place they grew up. It is the desire of the present advisors, under the terms of the Trust Agreement, to provide college scholarships to graduates of Massac County High School.
