The Miss Southern Illinois Scholarship fund is awarded to participants of the Miss Southern Illinois Scholarship Program. Miss Southern Illinois has been awarding scholarship funds to the young women in the Southern Illinois community since 1963. Local branches of Miss America rely heavily on the generosity of their communities to help provide scholarships to our local young women. Here at the Miss Southern Illinois Organization, we believe in enabling future generations of young female leaders to accomplish their goals in the best way possible- with as few encumbrances as possible.
